Information on data processing
We inform you that your personal data will be subject to automated processing in our files for the purpose of managing the contact database of companies and sending professional communications. In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by sending us a written request together with a copy of your ID document.
What data we process on the website
In the contact forms we process the identification and contact data you provide (name, phone, email), the vehicle data (e.g. plate) and, for purchases, the sale price, in order to handle your paperwork or insurance request and get in touch with you. For professional sign-ups we also process your business data.
Communication via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the processing involves Meta Platforms, which may entail an international data transfer subject to its own terms.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and while any applicable legal obligations remain. Afterwards it is deleted or duly blocked.
